About BHCG
It all started more than 30 years ago, when A. John Bartholomew,
Sr. founded Crest Manor with his father, mother, and two sisters.
Today, John and his son, John Bartholomew II, own and operate
four senior communities under the “Bartholomew Health Care Group.”

BHCG Mission Statement
Each senior community has a resident-focused, dedicated team

We will continue to improve and maintain a home-like atmosphere
that is enjoyable for each resident who lives here, and the families
who visit.
